Co-op City has 35 high-rise buildings and acres of resident parking lots. We know the loop roads (Co-op City Boulevard, Bartow Avenue, Bellamy Loop) and which sections require permission from building security for tow access. We coordinate with management offices when needed.

Bay Plaza Shopping Center sees its own steady stream of dead-battery and lockout calls — long shopping trips, holiday traffic, and cold-weather starts are the usual culprits. The Mall at Bay Plaza parking decks are tight for full-size flatbeds; we send a wheel-lift truck when clearance is an issue.

I-95 runs along the western border, and the Hutchinson River Parkway entrance at Bartow Avenue is a frequent breakdown spot during morning rush. We respond from Throgs Neck in 10–15 minutes typical.
