Every driver knows the feeling: stranded on a shoulder, calling a dispatch number, getting a ninety-minute ETA from a company two boroughs away. By the time the truck arrives, you've missed your meeting, missed your shift, or spent two hours next to live traffic.

Triple I was built to fix that. We dispatch our own trucks from a single base in Bronx — so calls in the Bronx get answered in 10–25 minutes, not in two hours. Pricing is quoted upfront on the phone before we send a truck. The phone is answered live by someone who can actually help, not by a queue.

We do 6 core services — towing and vehicle recovery, lockouts, jump starts, battery replacement, tire changes, and fuel delivery — and we equip every truck to handle them on the first visit. Flatbed when it matters. Boost packs that work without a donor car. Replacement batteries on the truck. The point is to actually solve the problem, not to charge a trip fee and refer you elsewhere.
